I am a creature of structure and routine. It is easy for me to feel crazy when things are messy or I don't have that time everyday when I can do something that I love, like crocheting or painting or really just being creative in someway. This week my home is in shambles from doing construction, we are dealing with a sort of family tragedy, and well things are not really fitting into our regular routine.
Right now I am trying to not be such an uptight weirdo and just take things as they come but if I get one more stressful tidbit of information I might explode, you know what I mean?
Here are some photos of the little things that keep me sane. Doggies, Alysia, the sky, and of course granny squares! Expect some sporadic behavior on here this week, family comes first right?
p.s. Did you catch my guilty pleasure playlist over at Rose Runs Wild? I know some of you can get down with Taylor Swift!

Hey love, so sorry to hear about the tragedy. Can't imagine what that must be like. You know I'm always just an email away, right?

Very beautifull pictures. Sorry to hear that it's not going that well. But very wise of you to capture and focus on things you love and help you through.

So so sorry to hear of your family tragedy :(
I hope you find great comfort in your family and friends who seems to be such wonderful parts of your life! You are not alone in your tough time, and that's what seems to matter the most some times.
I hope this comment shows you how much sharing your life, love, creativity with others brings to others. I look forward to every post you make as they bring some beauty to the mundane moments (I.e. commuting an hr either way to work at the crack of dawn ;).
P.s. I received my order and am so loving my manzanita regalitos! Instagram pics to follow!
Big hug!

Gorgeous pictures Rebecca. So sorry to hear you're having some family troubles. My thoughts are with you, hope everything's ok.
I totally know what you mean when you feel like one more thing will break you. I find that a good clean, a hot bath and a really long walk always helps. Plus a nice cup of coffee or a beer with a friend. Sometimes there's no substitute for a good cry! xx
