Hi friends! On our way to Glenwood Springs a couple weeks ago we stopped at this cute little restaurant and ordered some kale chips. Have you had these before? I hadn't, and I loved them right away. I told myself I would have to try to make some myself when we got home.
It is a pretty simple snack to make:
-pre-heat your oven to 275 degrees F
-remove kale leaf from the stalk
-mix in your toppings, I used olive oil and gluten free soy sauce
-and bake until crispy!
Mine took quite a while to bake, I want to say about 45 mins. I mixed the kale around about three times and didn't take them out until they were extra crispy! Do you make kale chips at home? What kinda of ingredients do you like to add?
I added about five new ready to ship items to my etsy shop this week, take a look here!

This is a great recipe! One of my favorite meals/snacks :)
I bake mine at 410 ish degrees and it only takes 10-15 mins. It may come out crispier by the end, but it's super fast!

I looooooooove kale chips. I usually just put olive oil on, and then a squeeze of lemon! Ooh and some freshly ground pepper. I learned to not add any salt, though. Even with the tiniest little pinch I find that they get so salty!
